In late April, we had the pleasure of catering a gala for over 550 guests at the Rocky Mountaineer Station. This event was unique as it was certified BC Kosher and every part of the food and beverage was overseen by BC K. The Lazy Gourmet's owner, Susan Mendelson, the gala chair, lead the team of over 65 staff to a huge success.
